Kristi was amazing to work with while purchasing my home. My divorce finalized a month later than anticipated - which held up the money I needed, and Kristi moved mountains to ensure that I didn't lose the new house that I just loved. The Closing had to be pushed back twice, but Kristi never gave up on helping me. I also embarrassingly didn't know as much as I should have about buying a home and how a mortgage worked, and she was so patient in answering each of my questions. I am just extremely grateful for everything that Kristi did to help me throughout the whole process. I just highly, highly recommend working with Kristi Black to anyone purchasing a home.
